About the Author

Hi, I’m Jane Tarrant, Founder of LiNK BREATHING, and an incredibly passionate Breathing Retrainer & Healthy Breathing Educator.

My breathing journey started when I was 7 years old. Sat on my bedroom floor thinking, “my nose feels too small to breathe through properly”. It wasn’t just a cold causing a stuffy nose, it was something I’d been noticing for a while, where I didn’t feel I could ‘get enough air’. My nasal airway or the airflow didn’t feel sufficient.

“But surely if that was a problem, someone would have told me.”

This was my next thought, and why this book, ‘Rose Loses Her Nose’, exists.

You see, it took me 23 more years to finally learn I could retrain my nose & breathing habits, and why that was important.

Too many kids are mouth breathing, snoring and learning to breathe inefficiently and in an anxiety inducing way. We are carrying deteriorated breathing habits and their effect on every part of our life into adulthood.

This book, ‘Rose Loses Her Nose’, is the resource I saw that the world needed.
